2026 Annual Meeting

SAVE THE DATE: The Association’s 2026 Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. at Lakewood Elementary School. Members will have two ways to participate in voting for the five (5) open Board seats at this meeting. Members may choose to vote in one of two ways: by casting a secret electronic ballot through EasyHOA prior to the meeting, or by attending the meeting and casting a secret ballot in person. Members who are unable to attend the meeting may submit a Quorum Proxy through EasyHOA to help establish quorum for the meeting. We look forward to your participation and encourage all members to take part in the voting process.

City of Rockville Snow Removal Policy

Requirements for Property and Business Owners: After a snowstorm, property and business owners are expected to clear sidewalks within 24-72 hours of the last snowfall, depending on the amount of snowfall. City crews coordinate road clearing and sidewalk work depending on the severity of the storm. Accessible curb ramps, sidewalks, and pathways on publicly owned property are cleared by crews from city departments.

  • 1-3 inches: 24 hours.
  • 3-9 inches: 48 hours.
  • 10 inches or more: 72 hours.

City of Rockville Empowerment Grant

Community Empowerment Matching Grant: The City's Matching Grant Program helps neighbors come together to accomplish shared goals that support the health, vitality, and inclusivity of our community. These grants are available to neighborhoods willing to match funding through cash, in-kind donations, or volunteer hours. The City will begin accepting applications on November 3, and our community plans to apply! If you have suggestions for our grant application or would like to participate in projects, please email the Board. We’d love to hear from you!
